I have learned to be creative and savvy with my travels and my budget.
Often I am asked to share travel tips, travel plans and guidance.
So, I decided to create this website to help others learn the tricks of traveling without spending a great deal of money, while experiencing adventures to be FOREVER REMEMBERED!
Born with an adventurous soul, I was always wandering and traveling beyond my boundaries, exploring the landscape and in 'ah' of mother earth's beauty. I have been traveling solo with my tried and true travel gear for 20 years for work and adventure, adding and swapping gear, as I have learned so much along the way for over many years.
MY BUSINESS
I am a designer and creator of
beautiful products for over 20 years. Being creative is my business. Seeing possibilities that others can not see, is my business. Showing people what is possible is my business. Following my designs from idea to physical completion and seeing the smiles on my clients faces is my reward. LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!
I am constantly inspired by nature and cultures.
THE BIG MOVE
I sold almost all of my worldly belongings and moved to Maui, Hawaii in 2009, with two big bags and a smile. I loved every minute of my life there. Then I took a position working on Boutique Adventure Cruise Ships in Alaska in 2012 for 4 years, which also took me to the Gulf of Mexico and back to Hawaii, allowing me to explore more of the Island of Hawaii "Big Island", Lanai and Molokai. I learned more in those years working on the boats about native Hawaii than I did when I lived there. I fell in love even more!
WORK AND TRAVEL
I work as I travel. This has forced me to find smart and innovative gear to shape my travel experience to become more fluid, allowing me to enjoy my adventures while working along the way, never missing a beat. I searched and purchased, with trial and error, to find the right gear. I think I have every bag that is out there. only a few really worked well.
With only a carry-on size backpack 10kg/22lbs. and the clothes on my back, I have been able to save myself a few buck here and there with my air travel as well as, keeping my hands free of distractions with less worry about multiple bags as I am moving around from place to place. This also brings me peace of mind that I am in control of my important things, that they are secure from potential theft.
I travel for 2, 3 to 4 months on each adventure and often twice a year. Making the most of my time in each place is important to me. I have spent as little as 1 full day to 8 full days in one place and quickly realized I needed more than one day. So my stays consist of a min of 3 days and more often 5-8 days. This allows me to unpack, relax and take it all in!
Find all the local spots and really see and absorb the culture.
~
I have been exploring the world ever since, never turning back, loving my memories of past adventures and looking forward to my next flight to somewhere new.

I was in the Blarney Castle in Ireland. Loved the feel inside the walls of this castle Loved the gardens. It is well kept and such an amazing place to spend time.
My Passion for Travel is undeniable, as you will see.
You will find as you travel more and more, it becomes more and more difficult to specify a favorite, so many people have asked me to pick one. So many destinations will compete for that title.
If I were to suggest a first stop:
ITALY: If you are new to traveling and have never been, go experience Italy! The history, the food, the people, the culture, the landscapes and water-scapes are amazing and beautiful. It will take your breath away. Then head to Greece. Explore Athens and a few of the Greek Islands.
Select a few cities in each country. Stay 3-4 days. You will know then if you want to return and explore even more.
It's worth the time!
Most of the worlds structures have been influenced by roman and greek architecture. The arts are mesmerising. So much to explore, see, learn, taste and smell. You will not regret it!
SPAIN: The music, the people, the food, the culture, History, and the art, I loved my time in Spain.
PORTUGAL: Oh the Port was so fabulous.
The little villages and towns hold treasures of charm and eye fulls.
